We are a super busy general practice in a small town in South Carolina.  We are 30-40 min from several larger cities.  We have 2 dentists.  One desires to retire.  When we were working 8 days of dentistry we did $1.7M.  Currently we are doing 5 days of dentistry and producing $1.2M.  We would love to add an energetic dentists to the team as the community needs this.  We are booked out very far in both Hygiene and Operative. We have been unable to take new patients and when we did it was about 60 per month.  We do a little bit of everything.  We have 3 Hygienists.  The practice is very nice and large,  We have digital.  Our town qualifies for the AHEC tuition reimbursement of $75,000.  We pay well and will offer a partnership incentive to the right dentist.
