We have a very beautiful office right near Lake Murray in Irmo, South Carolina. We are a digital office so we have five operatories that are plumbed with one additional operatory for a total of six. We use nitrous. We have two hygienist, two assistance and two front desk personnel. We do not place implants. We refer out most specialty procedures. Our office has over 3000 ft.². We have a great culture within our office. We are looking for an honest and family centric dentist to take over. We are happy and willing to work a transitional period For the new owner as we would like to retire. We are open to selling the real estate, but would prefer to lease it for a couple of years if that would be helpful to a new owner.
