Was established in 2016. We (Altius Dental) bought it in Oct 2022. It has a lot of potential. Was built on bread and butter dentistry. Room for adding on implants and other procedures. Had some challenges with the transition related to staff and doctor hire. Overall, we decided in early 2023 to simply focus on the rural model, which is where most of our practices are. To that end, we started selling some of the practices we have in the DFW market.
