The practice in Thousand Oaks opened at the beginning of 2022 as a second location expansion of the well-established Beverly Hills Dentistry. Beverly Hills Dentistry, which has been in business for over 40 years, is highly regarded for its cosmetic dentistry and patient and staff centered approach to dental care. It is currently owned and operated by Dr. Kevin Frawley (Founder, UCLA 1981) and his children Dr. Michele Frawley (UCLA 2006) and Dr. Shawn Frawley (UOP 2008). The BHD brand excels at smile design, digital dentistry, CAD / CEREC, 3D printing, aligner therapy, implant dentistry, laser dentistry and sleep dentistry. The Thousand Oaks office was created as a start up to expand the BHD brand to the target areas of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas and the greater Ventura County. For the past year the office has been slowly growing mostly by word of mouth and our online presence. There has been very little targeted marketing performed. The office is currently only open 1 day per week, and Dr. Shawn Frawley has been the treating dentist. The office is staffed on that day by employees of the Beverly Hills location. The main reason we are looking to sell the office is that Dr. Shawn developed a neck injury and will no longer be able to practice dentistry.

The office has 3 operatories, an office that is plumbed and can be converted to a operatory, a large sterilization bay lab, a staff / lunch room, an open design front desk and waiting room, an IT closet, an equipment room, and an on suite large bathroom. The operatories have ADEC equipment, digital xrays, ceiling mounted TVs and are all plumbed with nitrous. All of the lighting in the office has been upgraded to LEDs. A new compressor, vacuum, server, and CPU stations were purchased and installed in 2022. A Sirona Galileos CBCT and iTero were brought over from the Beverly Hills location. There is all the general equipment and instruments to perform general and cosmetic dentistry. The office has great visibility from the busy Thousand Oaks Blvd and easy to access, spacious parking.

The office has tremendous potential and is an excellent opportunity given its location, condition and build out, equipment and our flexibility and openness to a variety transition scenarios. The office is “plug and play” and the purchasing dentist can perform dentistry on day 1 of ownership with little to no additional investment. Doing a new build out is extremely costly, timely and a major headache. The office would be a great fit for a general dentist or specialist looking to move their practice or a do start-up. We are open to carrying the loan and creative financing options to help the success of new dentist. We are not looking to just dump the office and would be happy to help the purchasing dentist with our vast experience and knowledge.
