We have 2 locations about 40 minutes apart.  we are in need of an exceptional dentist that desires do many procedures.  Our typical associate contract is $600/ day guaranteed or 35%(less lab fees) of collections (we collect 98.5-99.5%)  We offer health insurance after 90 days (we pay 85% of premiums), HSA and a 401 K plan.  We are digital practices with CBCT, digital x rays & Charting, Soft tissue lasers, digital scanners, Cerec in Sunset location.  We are a retiree community and a majority of our practice is C & B, implants, removable, etc. We have very few pediatric patients. 2 of our owners are 56 yo and looking to transition out in the next 5-6 years
