We are a growing practice. We have 2 Associates leaving soon due to military relocation. My associate pay range depends some on experience, but generally I offer a base pay somewhere between 600-800 dollars per day or 33% of collections (whichever is greater). All of my associates are essentially paid on collections, because they usually have no trouble meeting their daily minimum. We are a family practice, but do offer some speciality/advanced procedures (Implants, Endodontics, Pedo, Digital Scanner etc), but we still work closely with our local specialists when needed. There is an opportunity for an associate that wants to perform clear aligner therapy, as we currently do not perform that in the office, and are always the top referral source for our local orthodontist.
