David Durm is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Indianapolis, Indiana office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Departments. Mr. Durm previously held the position of Vice President – Legal and Assistant Secretary for Duke Realty Corporation where he was responsible for all of the transactions within Duke’s health care portfolio. During his tenure with Duke, Mr. Durm was focused nearly exclusively on health care real estate, working with the health care team developing and acquiring health care projects throughout the country.
