I grew up in a small town in northeast Arkansas and attended the same school system K-12. Growing up in a small town, it feels like you literally know everyone and their grandmother. I really enjoyed being able to know the community that I lived in. When I was deciding on a college to attend, I knew I wanted to branch out and experience more of Arkansas. Then I visited the University of Arkansas. Once I saw how beautiful this area is and how the northwest Arkansas communities rallied around the Razorbacks, I fell in love with the area. After dental school, I knew I had to move back. Thankfully my husband is a UofA grad and a die-hard Razorback fan. So, we married in 2019 when I graduated and we moved to Fayetteville. We enjoyed our first three years of marriage with our dog, Pax (husky). We have been involved with Fellowship Church Fayetteville and have planted our roots in Fayetteville. We have been small group bible study leaders for the past 3 years. Fast forward to 2022, we welcomed a baby boy, Preston. Our lives have changed quite a bit in this last year but we have thoroughly enjoyed new adventures with him.
Working with my hands has always been something I have enjoyed. Being creative brings me lots of joy and is rewarding for me. Dentistry brings that into my career. I truly feel like an artist when it comes to dental work and I am thankful I am able to use that skill to better the lives of others.
