I am looking to buy a small to medium size practice in Northern Virginia, Charlottesville, or a city/town in the Shenandoah Valley. If the practice is on the larger size and can support two dentists, I may be able to purchase with an interested friend if it is in Northern Virginia or Charlottesville.
I have owned three practices over the years. The last practice was sold in 2021 and I have worked as an associate since then. At this point in my career, I would like to own a practice that I where I can practice in a manner more to my liking with certain "boutique" qualities that are unavailable as an associate or a PPO centered practice. I am aware that it is likely I will have to purchase and slowly convert the existing practice to my preferences.
