Additional Information
I want to find a workplace that values me for my curiosity, precision, authenticity, creativity and preparedness. At the end of the day I want patients and employees to be appreciated, valued, and listened to.
Dog lover. Fitness lover. Good Human.I am a left handed dentist which has proven to be harder than expected in the dental industry.Travel, fashion, home decor, fitness, and yes dogs fill my social media feed.I'm an only child that grew up in the dental office. Dad and Stepdad were both dentists. Mom was a hygienist for 50 years.
My communication and interpersonal skills allow me to develop strong relationships with patients and team members. I have developed detail oriented and esthetically driven clinical skills and have been praised by patients, colleagues and coworkers for having excellent diagnostic, treatment planning, and hands-on skills. I am very thorough during exams and I am very passionate about patient education. I value helping patients understand the benefits of recommended work and the risks of not proceeding with treatment. My team focused approach to patient care has everyone involved in treatment planning discussions which I feel improves case acceptance.I value a practice that focuses on a patient centered experience and has strong interoffice organization and communication skills. It is very important to be able to have an ergonomic, left hand adaptable and energetic clinical setting where high quality dentistry, materials and instruments are appreciated and desired. I thrive in an environment where systems and protocols are developed, valued, and followed. I am inspired by the paradigm shift that is happening in the way dentists approach the treatment of sleep disordered breathing and sleep apnea in children and adults. I am just going to say it: I don't like endo. I enjoy clear aligner therapy. I would like to learn techniques for administering facial injectables. I hope you are looking for someone with a positive and high energy personality, great communication skills and an eye for attention to detail. I would love to be around like-minded professionals that can have fun at work while providing high quality compassionate dental care to the community.
