I am very team oriented, I enjoy having colleagues that can support me and challenge my ideas to improve the practice. I am excellent with conflict management, I have dealt with patients who are frustrated with the pace of their care and actively listened to their concerns. I have also had the challenge of working with different dental teams while on clinical rotations for my dental program. Adapting to a new team quickly is something that I had practice with.
