My career objective is to own my own group (multi-doctor) dental practice and take it from good to excellent. I would like to be able to provide my patients with a variety of services and have associates (or specialists) to round out needed services in my practice. My focus would be a great patient experience, positive practice culture, practice growth, training and delegation, and eventually great work-life balance.My practice vision would be 7 ops or more, multi-doctor practice (because I value collaboration and team dentistry), and a fantastic staff who treat the practice as their own. I also hope to be in a great location where I have the ability to get married and raise children.
