I hope to begin as an associate in a practice that values excellence. Shortly after, I hope to take on a partnership role, or transition into ownership of a practice, where I can promote patient care and high standards with the help of an enthusiastic staff.
Dentistry is just as much a people oriented profession as it is a clinical one. I am empathetic and understand my patient's needs, wants, and anxieties. I appreciate every individual team member as a unique and often vital part of the whole. And I recognize the importance and effort it takes in managing all aspects of the puzzle, in order to have a successful and prosperous practice.
