My time since dental school and prior to the residency has been spent in everything from a pediatric office to starting my own from-scratch practice in a highly competitive area. I know how to effectively manage a dental team for everyday treatment as well as the daily issues that come from owning your own business.I have completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, and I learned advanced skills that can be a valuable addition to your practice such as cosmetic and complex restorative dentistry, sedation, implant placement, surgical extractions with grafting, and Invisalign.

1) Treat others how you want to be treated. 2) DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. 3) "WOW" patients. Do what other offices don't do. 4) Stay on schedule. (Reward patients with a gift when you run behind) 5) Do your best everyday. Leave your problems at the door.
