I have a ten-year background in a successful sales career where I was also the manager of a five person team. I have enjoyed working with the public through the years. I am easygoing while also adhering to goals and structuring a workplace in a way that those goals can be accomplished by both myself and the staff.My management history has also given me comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing supplies.I am also computer fluent and have set up both dental hardware and software.I spent my childhood living on a farm where I became very good with my hands. This has been invaluable in dentistry being able to repair equipment without paying a technician to come to the practice.

With a good social and work mix I have found that the people who have worked for me knew they can count on me and consistently outperform expectations because of it.Since graduation I was fortunate enough to work for a dentist who stepped away for 8 months allowing me to be the sole provider of dental services, run the clinic, manage the staff, order supplies, and repair equipment. The office consisted of 1 dentist, 3 hygienists, 2 assistants, and 2 front desk workers. I finished the year with $1,100,000 gross production with a 98% collection rate. Through March I was on track to have a similar year in 2020. I was operating at a 45% overhead. This dentist had financial hardships with his retirement accounts because of CoVid and cancelled the sale of his practice so he could resume dentistry for retirement purposes. I am now looking for a practice to purchase.
