Some defining professional characteristics of me include Work Ethic, Leadership, and Time Management. I believe I have a very strong work ethic and will provide a hardworking example in a dental practice. This also helps my leadership style which is leading by example, I will listen and learn from my staff while leading them to be an efficient team. My time management skill has helped me stay stress free during undergrad and dental school, allowing me to enjoy each day and I plan to bring a positive attitude and willingness to work to any practice.

Some personal characteristics of myself include Honesty, Integrity and Easy-Going. I feel these traits will allow me to fit into a productive practice and begin growing relationships with staff and patients. I am always willing to take responsibility for my actions and strive to be the best person/dentist I can be. I am willing to learn and willing to put in the work it takes to be successful. I hope to provide the relationship to my patients making them willing to visit the dentist.
