My focus has been my team, my people, then me. I am a servant at heart and one of my biggest joys is bringing fulfillment and assistance to others. My hope is to help cultivate an environment where the staff love to come to work. Where we can grow together, win together, and work though tough times with a together mindset. 100% patient satisfaction and experience should be an intentional byproduct of this.

I have founded a business organization for the dental school and grown its membership to 60 members in two years. I have joined a podcast team (Life and Dentistry) and helped host large conferences (200+ attendees) along with regular recording sessions. I have purchased, fully renovated, and now mange multiple rental properties all acquired within the last 2 years.
