I have experience in managing a solo dentist practice. I have been able to put systems in place that greatly modernize the practice and provide greater efficiency for the day-to-day tasks. I also have been successful at providing leadership for my staff, allowing for proper care for our patients in a comfortable, low-pressure setting.

I have self-discipline that allows me to get tasks done with precision and timeliness. I empathize with patients, giving them several options of services to choose from and allowing them to make a decision that best suits their needs. I am approachable and patient both with patients and staff, which I think makes the office have little tension and therefore more focus on the immediate tasks.
