To help in building a successful lifetime practice and to develop strong ties/connections with the community in which we serve
I am an extremely hard worker and have strong social skills to connect with my patients. I've practiced five days a week for the past four years after dental school graduation and enjoy the analytics and practice management statistics to help in building and sustaining a successful practice. Because I've spent the past three years working in a rural area at a federally qualified health center, I have been able to gain experience with complex oral surgery, molar endo, and pedo. As we do not refer many cases due to lack of access to care, I've enjoyed the challenge of expanding my capabilities as a practitioner and growing as comprehensive dentist.
I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. I went to Lawrence Central High School and attended DePauw University. My lifelong goal has been to have a practice in a community which I live in Indy and to build something special. I met my wife, Kelsey, in dental school at the University of Louisville. As often happens, my life plan was altered slightly when we got married after graduation in 2015 and she enlisted in the United States Air Force. We were stationed at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, CA for one year following dental school where she completed her AEGD and then sent to Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, MO for the past three years. As her commitment is over in June 2019, we plan to move back home to Indianapolis in the summer of 2019. We are open to practicing in the same office if the opportunity presents or would be just as happy helping build our own separate practices. We were blessed to have our first daughter, Reese, in June of this past year, so we have been busy raising our child and balancing home and work life! I look forward to realizing my dream soon and finding a lifetime "home" practice to begin serving the community I grew up in and respect and love so much.
