As a growing dentist I hope to use the professional skills that I have acquired and continue to grow in them as I join a practice. Some of these skill include my verbal and communication skills which I will use to communicate with fellow dentists, colleagues, and to discuss treatment with patients. As a new dentist having completed a AEGD residency program, I continue to build on that desire to learn and am determined to continue to advance in my knowledge of dentistry. Additionally, I consider myself organized which I believe will be beneficial in a dental practice where I hope to help further develop the vision of that dental practice. Overall I am an extremely high achiever and am always not only working to improve upon myself and my skillset but also the environment and system I am providing care in. Not only am I an achiever, but I am very personable. I am always striving to build strong relationships with my patients. These relationships build a comfortability with the patients that encourage acceptance of treatment plans and attendance of future appointments. Through communicative skills I ensure the patient know we will not only address their chief complaint, but also provide comprehensive care for their oral cavity. I am additionally an extremely adaptive person. I enjoy developing a plan of action but am quick to use my creativity to form a new plan if circumstances alter.

I was born in Palm Beach Gardens but consider Jacksonville, FL to be my home. Both of my parents still reside in Jacksonville and I would love to have a position located close to them. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family as well as traveling and keeping active any way I can. I run, hike, weight-lift, and play pick-up sports to stay in good shape. I have a two and a half year old golden retriever that I love very much.I am currently a resident in the advanced education in general dentistry program at the University of Texas Health at Houston. The University of Florida was home for me from 2010-2018 as it is where I completed both my Bachelors of Science in Health Science with Magna Cum Lade and my Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. During my two years of clinical treatment at the College of Dentistry I received the Clinical Excellence and Professionalism Award. My residency program is currently providing more advanced clinical experience in orthodontic treatment, prosthodontic therapy such as full mouth rehabilitation and surgical procedures such as bone grafting, crown lengthening and more. I currently reside in Houston and am planning to move back to the Gainesville, FL region.
