My ultimate career objective is to find a dental practice that I will feel excited about coming to everyday. The ideal practice that would provide that excitement would be filled with a cohesive staff, organized front desk and patient management, and would encourage growth through mentorship and CE. I would love to be in a practice that cares about high quality restorations and attention to detail.
