Every patient should be treated as a family member. I am inspired by patient centered care and am dedicated to providing comfort and top quality care to each patient. It is my goal to remove the barriers preventing patients from achieving the smile they deserve. -----Eventual goal would be to own 2 dental practices and 1 mobile non profit bus. When I reach retirement, I would like to work teaching dentistry and practicing 1-2 days a week as more of a hobby.Office 1 - Small family practice 3-4 chairs in rural town, Office 2 - Large Group practice 9+ chairs - 2 dental associates and myself in city, Bus - Provide free dental service to areas that have little to no dental care
Hard Working, Energetic, and Innovative Leader -----I have spent hours upon hours researching and planning for my future practices, inspired by books such as Raving Fans, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and How to Build the Dental Practice of Your Dreams. 4 years working as a dental assistant and being mentored by the doctor has helped me better understand the workflow and what is required to operate a successful dental practice. Furthermore, I am proud and confident in my work and enjoy presenting it my peers.
Passionate, Outgoing, and Team Member -----My grandfather taught me "if you see someone who needs a smile, give them one of yours", someday the sign he made my father with that quote will hang over the door of my office. I work well with just about anyone and try to always bring a smile to those around me. My patients should always feel like I am treating them just as I would my own family, and my team should feel as if they are members of my family. I have no problem helping sterilize instruments or pour up casts in the back. I would make a good match for any practice because I will work to better everyone there.
