Placing and restoring implants(need training for this); provide ortho via align retainers (already do), be able to offer most services possible to be truly comprehensive.
I get a lot of satisfaction with a satisfied patient that is happy with their results. I like dentistry. I educate assistants rather than act mean with them (have worked with many newly trained assistants). I know how to use CEREC. I can produce well and patients tend to like me preferring me over other doctors in the current practice.
I'm calm, not easily overwhelmed. I have always been good with technology. I enjoy dentistry. I usually get the overly nervous patients in the current practice because I can usually make them calm enough to get through the procedure because of my chairside manner. I have artistic hobbies outside of dentistry to keep creativity and fun.
