My career objectives are to grow and develop as dentist in terms of skill and ability, and eventually reach practice ownership either with or without partners.
My experience as an eagle scout, preceptor, and dental assistant have allowed me to understand the importance of and develop skills in leadership, communications, and teamwork.
A personal philosophy of mine is there is always room for improvement and that we should always strive to improve ourselves. This can be applied towards the capabilities of the individuals in the practice and also at the practice as whole.
