Additional Information
To aid in advancing the field of dentistry, and improving the oral health and oral health education of the community by ultimately owning a progressive, patient-centered practice in Central Indiana.
I have spent my first year and a half out of school working a an associate at a successful private practice on the northside of Indianapolis and supplementing my time there with days at an emergency clinic on the southside of Indianapolis. My experiences at these two very different practice styles have prepared me not only from a clinical perspective, but also in patient, staff and practice management.
I am a native of Indianapolis, and through participation in sports and community involvement, I have developed many strong relationships throughout the city. I graduated from Bishop Chatard High School on the north side of Indianapolis, where I played football, basketball and ran track. I went on to play football at Purdue University, where I was a four year starter on defense and served as a team captain during my senior season. After college I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to continue playing football in the National Football League. I played for two years and was on both the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squads. When my football career was over, I focused my competitive drive and work ethic on dentistry. Athletics taught me many things and I was fortunate enough to build many lasting relationships along the way. I look forward to taking the personal skills I have developed as well as the lessons I learned from athletics and applying them to help contribute to an existing dental practice.
