I have always been an individual that goes above and beyond whats expected from me. During my formal education during dental school and my residency I have always supplemented my education with research and insight on various CE platforms, from DentalTown and Spear to various journals.

I grew up in Spokane, Washington and went to undergrad at Eastern Washington University. I then travelled to the Chicagoland area to attend Midwestern University in Illinois. During my last clinical years of dental school I desired to learn more complex prosthodontics cases which lead me to my AEGD at the University of Tennessee. I recently married my wife whom I met during my first year of dental school (she is also a Dentist), we have two dogs; Marshall, a yellow lab we rescued and Romeo, a blind and diabetic dog we also rescued. I am an avid golfer and completed my first marathon.

During undergraduate and dental school I was individually selected as as mentor for underclassmen. In undergraduate, I was responsible for teaching laboratory experiments to aspiring nursing and dental hygiene students. During dental school, I was sought out to tutor 1st and 2nd year dental students on various dental procedures.

During dental school, I have earned various certifications: BLS certificate Invisalign provider Pierre Fauchard Academy Senior Student Certificate of Merit Recognized clinical skills provider at Midwestern University - Illinois CRDTs and NBDE accredited Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate of Completion - 06/2018 anticipated**
