I would ultimately like to own my own family dental practice with a focus on comprehensive care.
I currently work for a practice in which I am the lead dentist in two offices for adult dentistry. Besides clinical experience, I have experience working with the front office and with insurances. I am easy to get along with, and enjoy learning from my peers.
I am driven, focused, and easy to get along with. I'm flexible, and will help out in any area needed (hygiene, sterilization, front office). I truly believe in working as part of a team and supporting all who I work with.
Team leader - Lead a group of four students and manage appropriate scheduling of patients, making sure the schedule is full and that each member gets equal clinical experience.
