I hope to run a successful private practice that both supports its community while being a part of the community. While I certainly want to be profitable and efficient, I want a practice that is patient-centered, with families who remain with me as my patients through multiple generations. I want a practice that can support me comfortably while allowing me some flexibility to devote time to my family.
I have over ten years of experience practicing dentistry. I worked as an associate in a busy private practice, and then assumed directorship at a community dental clinic. I have experience with many aspects of clinical dentistry, and consider myself to be an above-average clinician. I have gained much valuable leadership experience managing staff, students and volunteers. I have also developed many connections within the dental community through my involvement in organized dentistry and the community clinic where I currently practice.
I enjoy dentistry immensely. I am compassionate and conscientious toward my patients and my staff. I enjoy taking on new projects and challenges. I am ready to move back into private practice. However, I am not entirely uncomfortable in my current situation. I am keeping my eyes open for a very good match.
Graduated Cum Laude from Miami University of Ohio, graduated in top 25% of IUSD class, took extra courses in periodontics and received award from IUSD periodontics department. At IUSD, was lab bench instructor for hygiene students and class note taker for my class for all 4 years.
