I maintain a high standard of performance--this is demonstrated by my high undergraduate and dental school GPA, earning valedictorian in high school, and performing Breast Cancer Research at an elite University in Chicago. Another professional characteristic that I have is I accept responsibility. As a person takes on a leadership role, I must always except that the greatness of my team is dependent on me. Therefore, the failures of my team are also due to any shortcomings I may have. As I have not yet experienced a particular failure when leading a group, I ultimately know that the leader has the responsibility of extracting members of the group who are not performing and motivating the group towards a goal.

am able to build an excellent rapport with patients. While in clinic, I was able to double my practice of patients solely based on referrals from my patients and the resident specialists. I also am a born-leader. Before entering dental school, I was involved in research at The University of Chicago. I help the position as lab manager which allowed me to gain experience in leading and motivating a team of people. I am also a very ethical person. This will be an excellent characteristic for a practice that harbors the same morals as myself. I am also naturally a very happy, positive person. I hope to surround myself with people who feel the same way as I feel that these characteristics can be a magnetic attraction for patients.
