After 14 years of practice I'd like to continue to advance into full mouth rehab cases and be more comprehensive with treatment planning involving implant therapy. Eventually I would like to be a in a stable progressive practice that would allow for limitless growth potential. The desires of patients and acceptance is changing and I would like to change with it, I am comfortable with all phases of general treatment but i am open book to learn more of what can make me a better clinician, I believe this approach will also benefit added income. The more capable I am the more I can produce and be a “one stop shop†so to speak for the patient's I am privileged to treat.
I am conscientious about what the patient desires on their first visit and hold this in high regard, I have found this approach with the added benefit of my diagnostic findings creates a harmonious relationship and opens up patient-doctor trust. I also am very focused on the materials I use and select, this is I feel is very important for long term success of most areas of treatment.
It also helps that I am positive minded and generally upbeat, the right attitude goes a long way. Nothing in life is perfect, but the goal should always be perfection- even if a person falls short. I also feel that being ethical and fair creates a win win relationship for the practice and patient, I highly believe in trusting relationships.
