Additional Information
My career ambitions include becoming a leader in the field of general dentistry. I plan on doing this by shaping my own practice around some of the core beliefs given to me by my humble beginnings in a 3rd world country called Bangladesh. This includes serving adult/pediatric population in my community. I hope to serve this group of patients, by utilizing proven dental procedures, the latest technology and research available. I also plan on becoming a leader in the dental community, relying on my experiences from various leadership positions to expand the role of a general dentist in today's society, with the ultimate goal of improving oral health. I want to learn as much as I can about the business side of dentistry as well as becoming a great clinician.
Some characteristics that make me a good match are I have good interpersonal skills, I am passionate about providing care to those in need, I am a detailed oriented person, and I am excited about the profession of dentistry. I can handle criticism well and I want to learn as much as possible.
You can expect me to be a very hard working person. What I mean by that is you can expect me to be adaptable to changing environments and able to find solutions as a leader.
Well, I'm 28 and currently living in North Carolina. Originally born in a small country called Bangladesh. I have spent a good portion of my time being involved with Robeson Health Care Corporations for over 3 years where I work as a dental director. I provided dental care to patients and work as an administrator to expand the corporation to multiple dental clinics. It's easy for me to devote time to these activities because I am really interested in being a lifelong learner and expanding my scope to be a successful businessman in dentistry. It's not all about work for me, though. I take time to relax, I love to play volleyball and workout at the gym. I also like traveling to states that offer outdoor adventures such as kayaking, hiking and I enjoy visiting mountains in particular since I was born in a very mountainous area. I have found a great volunteer opportunity called Project downtown and Hope foundation both that benefit the underserved both locally and globally. I met some amazing doctors with these two organizations who just wants to help people along the way. These trips are always fantastic experiences, and really feed my compassionate side.
