I’m a CPA that works nearly exclusively on dental transactions. Our team works on about 400 a year, as a business valuator in peer-to-peer transactions, as a quality of earnings provider for private equity/DSO transactions both buy side and sell side, as a buyer’s rep to help make sure buyers make educating decisions, and as a consultant on anything else transaction planning or transaction execution related.
As a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services Group, Matt performs business valuation, transactional due-diligence, quality of earnings, buyer representation, litigation support, and other consulting services for clients around the United States. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Valuation Analyst, with a Bachelors of Accounting and Finance.

Rob has been serving the needs of dentists, dental practices and dental service organizations for over 30 years. Rob and his colleagues have worked on thousands of dental deals, ranging from practice start-ups to complex practice acquisitions and sales.

Dr. Lorri Tomko
Dr. Lorri Tomko is a general dentist who has been in the practice of dentistry for 36 years. She attended Temple University School of Dentistry, and went on to receive her MBA from DeSales University in 2012. She is the owner of Tomko Dental Associates where she, and her team, practice all aspects general dentistry. She is also an attending dentist for Lehigh Valley Health Network in the department of dental medicine.
Dr Tomko has built, and successfully sold 2 dental practices in the last 26 years, and is currently working on her own succession plan. She also consults with dentists in the early stages of planning for retirement by looking at systems, processes, and logistics towards a successful future sale of their business.
