This doctor-first practice offers strong patient flow, an established and well-trained team, and an excellent environment for a dentist looking to grow clinically and financially.

The position offers $300,000–$400,000+ earning potential, with a daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections. The practice averages 25–30 new patients per month and is entirely PPO/FFS, with no HMO or Medicaid. The associate will be the only doctor in the practice, providing the opportunity to build a strong patient base and perform a wide range of comprehensive procedures, including restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, extractions, implants, cosmetics, and complex cases.

The practice is equipped with modern technology and premium equipment, including a new CBCT, intraoral scanner, full implant armamentarium, and endodontic equipment. The position also includes mentorship and CE support, with guidance on complex procedures from the clinical director and experienced doctors.
