A thriving, well-established 10-operatory general dental practice in the Sun Prairie/Madison area is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a high-performing, patient-centered team. - Stand-alone, 5,200 sq ft modern facility
- 3 doctors (2 owners) and 5 hygienists (FT equivalent)
- 5,400+ active patients
- 30–50 new patients per month

- Payor mix: ~82% PPO / ~17% FFS / ~1% Medicaid
