Associate Dentist – High-Earning Opportunity with Mentorship

We are a busy, well-established dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a long-term associate position with no option for partnership or buy-in.

Our practice features 12 operatories, fully up-to-date technology, and same-day dentistry, allowing for efficient workflows and high production potential.

Schedule

• Mondays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Wednesdays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Fridays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month, with the option to work more if desired

Additional days are frequently available to pick up when other associates are on vacation or maternity leave.

Compensation

• $750/day guaranteed minimum for the first 6 months
  or

• 30% of production (whichever is higher)

• No lab fees

• On this schedule, a productive associate can realistically earn $375,000–$400,000 annually
