• Technology & Services: Digital dentistry, implants, lasers, veneers, whitening, TMJ/bruxism treatment, IV & oral sedation, Invisalign, spa-like environment. CEREC experience a plus!

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, high-functioning clinician who values quality, integrity, and artistry in dentistry.
The ideal candidate:

• Shares a minimally invasive and precision-driven philosophy

• Is confident, teachable, and able to communicate comfortably with discerning patients

• Performs strong core dentistry, restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures

• Is eager to learn advanced cosmetic and minimally invasive techniques through mentorship

Schedule & Culture

• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on collaboration, predictability, and clinical excellence

• Pay Structure: Daily guarantee and/or percentage of production (flexible)

• Collections: Reliable and consistent. Patients prepay prior to treatment

• Mentorship: Personalized mentorship in advanced cosmetic and restorative techniques

• Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand into implant placement and soft tissue grafting, with significant earning potential

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong restorative and cosmetic dentistry skills; implant experience a plus

• Committed to quality-driven, patient-centered care

• Open to continuous learning and growth

• Prefers a calm, relationship-based environment over high-volume dentistry
