This is a very nice general practice. There are seven operatories equipped with the eighth empty. This practice is built for two dentist. The current dentist would like to retire at the end of next year. They have consistently done roughly 1.5 million. We have one full-time hygienist and two part-time hygienist that work seven days of hygiene a week. We have two very good assistants and two front desk people. We currently use a laser as well as our 3-D panoramic x-ray. We like to place implants and we'd like to refer out as little as possible. Our real estate may be available once the selling dentist decides to retire, which would be at the end of 2026.  The selling Dentist would then be willing to work with a new owner on a transitional period until a replacement dentist is found either before they retire or afterwards.
