This is an extremely nice office in the heart of Asheville, North Carolina’s mountain community. Minutes from Biltmore house and the Grove Park in this office is owned by a single dentist that is looking to prepare for their retirement. They are seeking a very good associate that would like to either, buy 50% or potentially buy 100% and the current owner would work for them for the next 6 to 7 years. There are currently two part-time associates in the office. and they would stick around. The practice has a valuation of $3.1 million. The real estate is a standalone piece of property. Very well decorated. We have 11 operatories of the best dental equipment and the best technology. We are completely free for service and not in network with any insurance company nor do we take Medicaid. Our office has 5400 ft.². We do place some plants and we typically place between six and 10 per month. We do not do any molar root canals or any third molar extractions.
