This was a start-up practice 3-4 years ago – Its near downtown Greenville.  The owner never worked the practice very hard as they had another job elsewhere.  They spent a lot of money on the up-fit in the leased space.  The result was a very nice office with 5 operatories and 3 equipped with nice equipment.  The office does take insurance.  The current owner wants to focus on their other job and would like to sell the practice at $300k.  A new owner that wants to own their own practice in downtown Greenville and wants a good price this is the one.  They are only open 2.5-3 days per week.  They are seeing 9-11 Hygiene patients per day.  and need to expand to 4 full days.  The lease is roughly $4,500 per month. – A new owner that wants to invest in marketing would do well.
