We have 2 locations.  The office in Lexington was purchased 2 years ago from a retiring dentist.  We have since grown the office and adding some new nice features.  Our current Associate is relocating and we need to find another.  There is a lot of autonomy with this position.  We are getting roughly 16 new patients per month.  We have started a robust marketing campaign.  We pay $700 per day and 30% of production – whichever is greater.
