Our Practice is in a very busy area right off I-77 near Lake Norman.  We are seeking a like minded dentists who would like to become a 50% partner in our office.  The current owner has a satellite office and spends just 1 day per week in this office. The other days are filled with temp dentists.  We are collecting just shy of $1M currently.  With a full time partner this office should be doing closer to $2M.  The office is in a leased space with 2,000 sq feet.  There are plans to add a 3D pan and 2 additional operatories.  This is a great opportunity for someone to get an equity position in a fast growing office.
