We have a 3 operatory practice on a heavily traffic main street. We run a very efficient office. Production is over $200k per op. We could do more since we refer out so many procedures. Also, a new owner could add a 4th and maybe a 5th operatory. We are a great office for a young dentist starting out or as a satellite office. Our rent is roughly $2,500 - The staff is very loyal and we pay them well. A very "homey" practice environment!
