I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and will be finishing my General Practice Residency at the Baltimore VA in June 2026. I am looking to join a private practice where I can contribute clinically, work efficiently, and be a dependable member of the team.Beyond technical skills, I place a strong emphasis on patient communication and trust. My residency has involved caring for patients with significant dental anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. I have received consistent feedback from patients, assistants, and faculty regarding my calm demeanor and chairside manner, and my program director has recognized my ability to effectively manage dentophobic patients.During my residency, I have gained substantial experience in endodontics, including molar root canal therapy and non-surgical retreatments. My training has emphasized predictable outcomes through CBCT interpretation, achieving profound anesthesia for hot teeth, and systematic instrumentation with warm vertical obturation techniques. I am comfortable performing anterior and premolar endodontics independently, as well as molar endodontics and retreatments within appropriate case selection.Surgical extractions are one of my strongest clinical skills. I have experience managing complex extractions and have also performed related oral surgery procedures such as socket preservation and full-arch alveoloplasty. I have placed implants under supervision and am comfortable restoring them. I plan to continue expanding my surgical implant skills through continuing education.I have developed strong efficiency in high-volume restorative procedures, including quadrant dentistry, crown and bridge work, and digital workflows. I am accustomed to delivering high-quality care within demanding clinical schedules and understand the importance of productivity in a practice setting.
