My long-term vision is to be a practice owner of a partnership or multi-doctor general dentistry practice, providing comprehensive care across all aspects of general dentistry. With fluency in Spanish and a strong understanding of Hispanic culture, I aim to serve the growing Hispanic population in my community and become a trusted, go-to provider for this patient base. I am also committed to giving back through volunteer and pro bono dental care for underserved populations

I was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas, to my parents who immigrated to the United States from Honduras. I remained in Lawrence for college, where I proudly became a Jayhawk. Growing up in Lawrence, I met my now-wife, an engineer with a successful career, and we now live in Olathe, Kansas.

Outside of academics, leadership and volunteerism have been central to my experiences. I held leadership roles in college/dental school organizations such as JayDoc Free Dental Clinic (offering free emergency dental care services) and volunteered at events such as TeamSmile, Kansas Mission of Mercy.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally, staying active through cycling and weightlifting, and following my local sports teams, including the Jayhawks and the Chiefs.
