Purchase a practice as soon as possible in the target area of the Triad in NC. Practice ideally produces 800K-1M and has overhead at or below 65-60%. Would like to purchase real estate with the deal as well. Overall career plan is to pay of the loans of the practice and building, have two children, be a practice owner for 10+ years, achieve financial independence, then retire to a teaching role either at UNC, Guilford tech, and maybe even the Pankey institute.
I'm a new grad with a 1 year VA AEGD under my belt. I am working as a temp dentist around Chapel Hill, learning about different dental practices and how they run in the process. I read a lot about leadership and dental practice management and I find the business management aspect of dentistry very interesting. I take pride in having a relationship-based, comprehensive approach to dentistry. In my free time, I am training for a marathon with my fiancee, and I enjoy rug tufting, drawing, and playing music.
