My name is Joseph Lard, and I am currently a dental student at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, set to graduate in May 2026. Dentistry is a deep-rooted passion of mine—I’ll be a third-generation dentist in my family. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, hiking, and golfing. I’m also passionate about the art of barbecue and love spending time grilling and smoking delicious meats.I am currently seeking an associateship in a private practice where I can continue to grow clinically and gain experience in practical dentistry, particularly in implant and restorative cases. Ideally, I’m looking for a scenario in which I can work as an associate for 1–2 years, with the opportunity to transition into ownership. I would highly value the opportunity to work alongside an experienced doctor during this time to learn the business and clinical aspects necessary for a successful ownership transition.
