In 5 years, I see myself as a partner or owner of a general dental office that provides comprehensive care, including posterior endodontics, single-implant placement and restoration, CAD/CAM indirect restorations, selective wisdom tooth extraction, and Invisalign. I am motivated to expand my clinical skills and learn the ropes of private practice.
I am from St. Louis, MO and earned my DDS from UMKC in 2022. I am in the HPSP with the Navy, finishing my pay-back in May 2026. I completed a 1-year Credentialing Tour at the Navy's largest dental clinic in Norfolk, VA. After this tour, I moved to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to finish out my military obligation. I started my family here and enjoy scuba diving and running in my free time. I am from St. Charles and intend to find a practice to buy in the next several years.
One of the main reasons I chose Guantanamo Bay was because of the excellent opportunity to grow my clinical skills. I regularly practice surgical extractions, molar endo, CAD/CAM, and routine operative on patients ranging from healthy active duty to ASA III Geriatric and pediatrics. I have also stepped into significant leadership roles, developing my skills to train, motivate, and manage staff. I am confident that I am ready to undertake a significant role in a private practice.My favorite procedures include endodontics, CAD/CAM indirect restorations, and surgical extractions. I plan on learning single implants, with future growth into implant-supported prosthesis.
