I grew up in Michigan where I did a majority of my education. Initially my career of choice was as a public health analyst working at the NIH in Washington DC. After 3 years of working I realized I did not like the corporate like job atmosphere and wanted to work directly with my community to increase public health awareness. That is where my passion for dentistry arose. After living in Michigan for 25 years I moved to the Dallas area in seek of better weather. You really just don't used to the cold. This area became a home very quickly, and I now reside in the Lakewood area of Dallas with my wife.

I started working out in a corporate dental office and was hit with the Covid Pandemic less than a year after getting my dental license. It was there I really began to thrive as a dentist. While offices around me were closing, I stayed open 25-28 days out of the month for emergency care following all the public health guidances. I loved the emergency aspect and began to refine my skills doing more complex procedures and with continuing education. After leaving for a private practice setting, I found an office focussed more on emergency care. The office is open 7 days a week, primarily seeing emergency patients.After getting married, I am now looking for an opportunity to put down my roots into the community I live in while growing my family.
