My career objective after becoming a practice owner is to continuously strive for growth and development so that I am able to provide compassionate and responsible evidence-based care for all patients in my community. I practice both methodically and benevolently to promote the union of science, art, and humanity within every patient experience. My meticulous and professional nature has laid the foundation for a successful career in private practice thus far as an associate. I am very detail-oriented and appreciate the precision that dentistry demands on a day-to-day basis. I am always eager to learn, and am efficient at integrating innovative principles into my work. I have always been fascinated with the technology that is available for use in dentistry, and will incorporate advanced platforms that can help exceed the standard of care. I am heavily focused on crown and bridge, clear aligner therapy, socket preservation, and implant placement.
I was born and raised in Oakland County. I attended University of Detroit Jesuit for high school and University of Detroit Mercy for my undergraduate studies, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Concentration in Neuroscience and a Minor in Leadership Studies. I then pursued my dental education at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where I graduated with many distinctive honors.Because of my extensive experience with Jesuit education, I developed an intrinsic desire to serve others in both my career and my personal life. I have always been involved in community service, and am grateful to have been a part of several organizations committed to improving the well-being of others.I am a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Oakland County Dental Society. I have completed advanced training for implant placement and 3-D imaging. I have received awards from the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry for my clinical work.My wife and I met when I was in dental school, and we are expecting our first child in the Summer of 2025. Our favorite activities are those that involve being in the outdoors. I grew up spending time at my grandparent's home on Lake Huron close to Alpena. That is where I developed my love for kayaking, hiking, and hunting. I played baseball and golf throughout my childhood, and am still an avid golfer today. One of our favorite activities is searching for Petoskey stones along the shores of Lake Michigan. We have a golden retriever who is almost 2 years old. She loves hiking and exploring trails just as much as we do! Our dream is to move back to Northern Michigan to raise our family.
