I earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University. I received my Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with honors and a concentration in Strategy and Leadership. I am married to McKenzie Woodard, who is a general dentist at our practice, and we have three children: Harper, Palmer and Davis. In my free time, I enjoy coaching my kid’s soccer teams, golf, cooking and spending time with my family.

I am the Vice President of Business Development responsible for companywide growth and development through acquisitions, de novos and existing practice expansions. Additionally, I serve as a strategic partner to other departments throughout our practice assisting with various growth initiatives and ongoing integration efforts.I have served in various capacities at Riccobene Associates and significantly contributed to the overall growth of the practice, particularly with Commonwealth Dentistry in Virginia. I began my tenure with the practice as President of Commonwealth Dentistry where my strategic initiatives and support of the operations, marketing and business development functions helped the practices in Virginia achieve exponential growth.Before joining Riccobene in 2019, I served as Manager of Corporate Development at ArborGen, a global biotechnology company, leading their growth and expansionary efforts in the United States, Brazil, New Zealand, and Australia. I was responsible for identifying and negotiating multiple acquisitions and joint ventures across the globe during my tenure at ArborGen.I began my career with Davenport & Company, a regional investment bank, advancing from Analyst to Vice President during my tenure. I served in an advisory role in the Financial Institutions Group working on numerous mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and capital offerings.
